Ganaraska Hiking Trail

Duration:5:00 to 6:00 hours
Description:
This 500 km trail passes through the southwest cornor of the County covering approximately 19 km in the Highlands from a point near Moore Falls. This section traverses rugged terrain and is a challenging wilderness trek. Visit www.ganaraska-hiking-trail.ca

Cautions: Requires a car pick-up or shuttle at Moore Falls

Cost: No cost; though you are encouraged to purchase a Ganaraska Trail Association membership or make a donation.

Directions: From Minden, take Bobcaygeon Rd. to Deep Bay Rd. (County Rd. 2) and continue to the Devil’s Lake access road. Or, take Hwy 35 south of Minden through Moore Falls to Deep Bay Rd. and follow to the Devil’s Lake access road. ** pick-up at the intersection of Country Rd. and Hwy 35 (just south of Moore Falls) must be arranged as parking is not permitted.
