YMCA - Camp Wanakita Ski Trails| Length: | 25 km | | Rating: | easy to challenging | | Description: | This trail system is quite diverse with a variety of landscapes and a range of difficulties. Skiers are treated to trails travel through gently rolling hills, around scenic beaver ponds, views of scenic rapids and waterfalls and mixed forests.
Cost: A daily Haliburton Nordic Skiing Association ski pass ($10) or season’s pass is required. A self-registration box is also located on site.
Directions: At the hamlet of Donald (located on County Rd 1) take Koshlong Lake Rd approximately 5 km to the camp’s main entrance.
Surface: track-set for classic and skate skiing
